How to Prepare
- Pour into saucepan prepared meat or fish, chopped onion, salt and allow to simmer for 10 minutes
- Pour content into it and add equal volume of water or more
- Add vegetables (i.e. fresh tomatoes, pulp or puree, okro, garden eggs)
- Boil uncovered for 30 minutes i.e. for soup
- for stew, boil until it thickens and add salt to taste
- Serve with boiled rice, garri, potatoes, or any staple food.
