Shipping Method & Carriers
We ship using the fastest available carrier within the range of the shipping charge paid by the customer. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been processed.
Shipping Address & Customer Responsibility
Your order will be shipped to the exact address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for all charges incurred from incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, refusal, or unclaimed status, we will issue store credit upon return and inspection, less original shipping, any carrier return fees, and the 5% restocking fee.
Shipping Timelines
Most orders ship within 1 business day of order receipt. In rare cases, processing can take up to 5 business days.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to all 50 U.S. states and internationally. Proceed to checkout to confirm address eligibility.
Order Updates & Communication
To receive updates, you must provide a valid email address at checkout. For questions or concerns, reply directly to your order confirmation email.
Buy with Prime Orders
Buy with Prime orders are shipped by Amazon Prime and include an $8 handling charge per item to offset the shipping fees billed to African Delights by Amazon.
Buy with Prime orders are fulfilled by Amazon. Pre-shipment cancellations are allowed when possible. After shipment, returns must be processed through the Amazon/Buy with Prime return flow. Refunds follow the same rules as above: customer-fault returns are issued as store credit; errors on our part are refunded to the original payment method or replaced.
Shipping Insurance
Many orders shipped via eligible carriers include shipping insurance. In the case of a lost package, customers may be able to file a claim directly with the carrier to recover the cost of the order.
