Egye Aware Ghanaian Mixed Spices Seasoning, 500g Jar

African Delights Egye Aware Ghanaian Mixed Spices is an authentic Ghanaian all-purpose seasoning made in Ghana. It is a familiar pantry spice for Ghanaian and West African cooking, also known from the label as Livern Ghana Mixed Spices Special.

Use it for chicken, fish, beef, goat meat, soups, stews, rice dishes, waakye, light soup, groundnut soup, jollof, and everyday meat preparations. The label directions recommend using it while steaming chicken, meat, or fish, and sprinkling it on chicken or fish before frying.
