Description
Rice bits (also called broken rice or com tam) are broken rice grains that were fractured during the milling process and are a popular type of white rice. While the taste of broken rice is similar to white rice, it can have a variety of textures depending on how it's cooked. This rice bit can have a nutty, risotto-like texture if cooked with very little water or fluffy and sticky mike glutinous rice if cooked with more water.
