Returns are accepted within 14 days of the order delivery date.
Customer provides return shipping.
A 5% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
Perishable, frozen, and heavy items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
To initiate a return, please visit your customer account at https://account.africandelightstore.com – no password required. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for return. Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the item.
If your order has not been delivered within seven (7) days after the latest delivery date or the carrier’s estimated delivery date, it may be eligible for a lost package reimbursement.
Please note: Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for reimbursement.
Many orders shipped via eligible carriers include shipping insurance. In the case of a lost package, the customer may be able to file a claim directly with the carrier to recover the cost of the order.
If your order appears to be lost or is missing, please contact us—we’ll assist with tracking and guide you through the next steps.
Please reply to your order email with your original order number and either a photo of the inside of the shipping box showing the received items (if you received some items) or a photo of the empty box (if only one item was expected).
Please reply to your order email with your order number along with the name of the product received, a short description of how it differs from what was ordered, and a photo clearly showing the item and its label.
Please reply to your order email with your order number, the name of the damaged item, a brief description of the damage, and clear photos showing the entire item, the label (with size if applicable), and the damaged area.
Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed—minus the 5% restocking fee—back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear.
